Despite decades of under-investment and economic hardship, Harlow has maintained its pioneering spirit; an energy for change and innovation that traces back to its origins as an experimental post-war new town.

Today, things are moving again. Major plans are in place. Huge investment is flowing in. The town centre is transforming. Our homes, communities, transport and jobs are flourishing. Healthcare is reforming and education thriving. Enterprise and innovation are booming. The list goes on.
