Ariel Photo of Harlow

Harlow will be 100 years old in 2047 and by then will have seen more than 30 years of growth, making this one of the best places in Britain to live, work, study and play.

This is a bold vision, but Harlow is teeming with the drive and ambition to make it happen. Despite decades of under-investment and economic hardship, Harlow has maintained its pioneering spirit; an energy for change and innovation that traces back to its origins as an experimental post-war new town.

Today, things are moving again. Major plans are in place. Huge investment is flowing in. The town centre is transforming. Our homes, communities, transport and jobs are flourishing. Healthcare is reforming and education thriving. Enterprise and innovation are booming. The list goes on.

Harlow is poised for massive growth and prosperity and has the potential to become an economic powerhouse in the East of England where everyone has the chance to thrive. Come and join us on our journey and be part of this incredibly exciting future.
