Harlow Council is ramping up its work to build new council homes for Harlow families with contractors on site in Woodleys progressing works as part of a scheme to provide 6 new houses. In 2024 the council is investing over £37 million to build 103 new council homes as part of phase 1 of its housebuilding programme.

- Potter Street Neighbourhood Office – 5 apartments
- Lower Meadow Garage site – 8 modular single-storey homes
- Elm Hatch – 6 apartments and 1 house
