In a step closer to delivering town centre and housing regeneration within Harlow, a regeneration partnership investment plan has been approved. The new partnership (launched in June) will help deliver the council’s priorities: rebuild our town and secure investment into Harlow.
The first sites announced for redevelopment will be:
- Former Lister House in Staple Tye
- Parnall Road in Staple Tye (site purchased by the council earlier this year)
- Former Occasio House site in Playhouse Square (currently being demolished by the council)
